Rude managers nd consultants of clicks

I arrive at clicks store at 13h45 in regard to the nivea roll on deal loaded on my card that end on the 23 February 2021,to my surprise when I get to the teller 1st I was told that I can only buy one item,secondly the story change saying I can only buy once on the added item but my question was y is not written that u can only buy once then the store manager by the name of Chythia told me she is not gonna help me. I asked to call head office nd the Club card agent by the name of Johannes Masinula with his rudeness told me that I cant tell them how they advitise their promotion. I was instore and on the phone over 1 hour 30 minutes with no help.

I'm ****ed off and angry at the same time for the time I wasted at the Fourways clicks shop. I then asked to b transferred to the manager nd the rude nd ****** club card manager by the name of Nazeen Reid told me that it written in English nd its not gonna change,meaning myb just because I'm black i dnt understand the English written on the clicks app.
