Payout not Done

Star-clicks has been very unfair to me. After reaching a minimum that allows me to request a payout, I did so and the response I got from them was that I need to submit some documents for verification of which I did. I then had to wait for a long time. When I lodge a query with them I would simply get an automated response which gave me the reference number. I lodged a query 3 times and I did not get any response. I then lodged my complain with Trustpilot firstly I got a response saying I did not choose the method of payment and that was a lie because I did. I would then receive a lot of messages saying to me I'm about to receive a payment. After some time I got a message saying $20 have been deposited to my account. That was an insult because when requesting a payout I wanted everything that was in my account then. I informed them that and the response I got was that I must activate the autopay method which is what I did long time ago. The amount of money I requested originally was $63 and was given $20, I know they gave me $20 so that the balance I would have in my account would be below $50. The minimum amount that can be withdrawn is $50. PLEASE HELP
