Account closed

I have requested payment since last year November with no luck. January my account was closed and I have tried several times to reach out with no assistance all I get is confirm payments so you can get you next payment but how do I do that with my account closed? Its been months of back and forth and literally not getting any help whatsoever. All I want is to make a withdrawal its been 4 months.
