Sta Bus Tours disappointing and lack of safety

Sta Bus has not responded to any of our communication. Sta Bus has shocking conditions of the bus and bus driver does not know where to go, he has no map. The teachers had to instruct him on how to get to the venue and some of the seats had faulty seatbelts and the chairs could be physically moved. Driver also answers his phone while in transit. We are appalled by the lack of interest in safety when dealing with children.
