No feedback in 2 weeks, No interest.

I came for a quote on my car, which you said you would do and gave estimate pricing.<br> I waited almost 2 weeks during which time I phoned 3 times and was told you are still waiting on something.<br> <br> Then I phone back (still calm, efficient & happy) only to be told you can't do the job on a Volkswagen Jetta. <br> I didn't ask for a reason, you didn't offer one. Would rather not have that quality work done on my car either (Customer service already bad & uninterested).<br> <br> Where you planning on returning my call at all? <br> Word of mouth travels from potential customer to potential customer.<br> <br> Ill give my money & quiet customer experience to a place that is interested.
