Fridge and gas oven repair

Star appliance repairs or elite service repairs, not sure which business they use, but goes with the name Nick but will NEVER recommend them to anyone. They had to repair one of our gas ovens, and never gave a quote, got smacked with a 9k invoice, and a new oven costs 13k, phoned them and said I am not accepting the invoice, please come and remove your parts. They coyld not even specify what made up the amount. Long story short, we had to escort them off the property. Never in 20 years of business have I ever had such a horrible supplier.
