Poor & pathetic service delivery

Poor, pathetic service. I have been with them for longer than 3 years and their service just does not improve. Poor monitoring and security service. I had been dissapointed with their security services every time that I had to rely on them. Extremely slow on response and rhey just don't care. You can complaint about their service to their management until you turn blue ****erally turn blue - dead), they just don't care!!!! But please just pay your monthly premium a day late, then you will hear from them! Perhaps they must put their finance team on security and patrol!
