no service and harassment

On early hours on the 11 July 2015,I went to put petrol at caltex-Wetland, cnr Blaauberg and Koeberg rd Milnerton, and on my arrival I parked on the last pump, and as I was waiting I saw two petrol attendats who did not worry about,I was there for more than 20 munites and no one helped me, and U decided to move to another nearest garage,as I was driving along Koeberg rd direction Milnerton, I noticed Star alarm security vehicle following me,and the traffic lights at cnr Plattekloof and koeberg were yellow but I stopped and I was waiting I saw many star alarm vehicles coming and when the robots was green,when I drive one security vehicle blocked my way and securities jumped out of the vehicles with firearms ready they approached me and I asked the security close to me to holster his firearm as I did no wrong.He said what was I doing in his client's premises,I told him I went to put petrol and there was no service for me and I am on my way to the other garage,I also informed,he does not have emergency lights.i.e blue or red,and he had no authority to block me on the public road as he is private security personnel.they kept me there until someone came ask them to leave.disgusting joh
