BAD PERSON!!!!

This owner of * 21 properties Is so rude.He speaks to clients like ****. Gets people out to do a job, we do the work but when he needs to pay the Invoice. He hesitates to pay and come with all excuses that he didnt give the go ahead. But his tenant said he did. He is the rudest person I have ever came across in my life. Tell us we are trash and he ownes so many properties but cant even pay a Invoice for fully worked that has been done. Im so disappointed in * 21 properties. He tells me that the tenant opened his door for months with his hands he can go ahead doing that. Thats the kind of persom he is.!!!! Rude and disgusting!!
