Very very bad service from a Nurse at Stanza Bopape clinic Mamelodi east

Good morning I like to take this time to alert community and everybody about Stanza Bopape clinic Mamelodi east on the 29 October 2024 I took my Daughter and my son I have arrived there at 16h00 and I departed at 20h32

I don't like the service I received from the nurse she was not professional she only asked me what was wrong with my Daughter I said is flu and also her knee is sore that was the first and last conversation I had with the nurse

She was diagnosing my Daughter she never tell me anything no more communication she started mixes medicine giving to my Daughter then she took my Daughter to another room I tried to go with them her colleague said you stand here then I stand because I could still see my Daughter thou it was a distance

Few minutes later I can't see my Daughter she had been now taken to another room when she came back She came crying I asked her why are you crying she said I have been injected then I asked one of the colleague because now I could not see the nurse why did you injected my Daughter she said is not the one The actual nurse came asked her why did you injected my Daughter without informing me she said there is no need that's her duty then her coligues supported her statement then I kept quiet and I was not happy because In what ever there doing there were doge there were just acting strange the sad part of it left clinic 20h32 got home 2100 at about 23h15 later that day my daughter started vibrating severely she almost died but God saved her life all glory to God all glory to Yeshua 👃🙌🙌🙌 at around 00h33 my Daughter stopped vibrating

I believe the cause could be after i asked security officers several times that we have been waiting for too long now which was more than 3 hours so security officers are involved in this before I was attended one of male security officers randomly came and asked my wife who you going with I said with me then they said only one parent is needed and which is I was with my 7 year old daughter and my wife with my 3 year old son

My wife went out side then they I was called then another female security officer came with a man while I was with the nurses said this man is looking for a child that came around 4 they rep**** we didn't see the child officer also went speak to the nurses inside then went out after that drama started same security officer is the one I was complaining to her so security officers are involved in this how will a nurse know I was complaining about the service

I launched complain with SANC still waiting for response have not yet got any response so far I sent an email last week the file number for my 7 year old daughter is 14276 Please help peter Some people are not good to work at department of health they don't have that good heart we need people Who will saves life not ending life that was given by God

It means if my Daughter didn't came crying I was not supposed to know that means it was a secret from the parent if there were really giving life to my daughter there were not gonna hide anything from me there going to explain what wrong what's need to be done so it is apparently that there doing something bad to my Daughter

Following day on the 30 of October I went to the clinic looking for a copy or an update of what was wrong with my Daughter and what was written on the file they said I'm not allowed to know what was wrong with my daughter they took the file away I told them that means the file is going to be amended because the clinic hiding the file from me the parent

So as community we are not safe if things are done on the dark secret means darness.
