Stansure - Standard bank motor insurance LET DOWN

I was issued with a summons for a third party claim for an accident that happened in October last year

As soon as I received it I sent it to the consulant who handled the claim, she never responded

The next working day which was MONDAY I called and strangely she answered .. she was rude and pushed the call to the legal department

A lady there advised me to send through the summons and she will CC me on an email to the legal department

I sent it within 5 minutes of that call

It's now saturday so 5 days later and she has not CC me

I have sent three emails after that to all stansure contact details listed and absolutely nobody got back to me

The summons 14 days is up this week friday and nobody is willing to help me yet we contribute to 3rd party insurance

Can someone contact me to sort this matter out
