Mechanical Breakdown with car

<p>I had a breakdown on 1 July 2017, I called Stansure for Roadside Assistance, they nominated Zululand Towing to tow my vehcile, their driver arrived around 6:1pm, he hooked my car incorrectly damaging the suspension which was noted on the checklist, i did take pictures at the time and thought it was the control arm. I sent an email to Stansure the same evening around 10:59pm. When my vehicle was taken to my residence the driver further damaged my car by s****ing the bumper and exhaust and damage to my driveway. The driver seemed to be under influence of alcohol, he had an assistant and a lady in the truck. My car was towed to a local workshop on Monday 3/7/17, upon inspection the steering rack was damaged. Stansure is not taking any responsibility and they waiting for Zululand Towing. As far as i am concerned i contact Stansure, they need to ensure that my car is sorted out. Zululand towing only wants a quotation for the control arm, who will cover labour costs? I currently do not have a vehicle and i am at such an inconvenience because Stansure uses *********** service providers</p>
