Incopetance

It is now three months since my sister claim has been possessed. She even has another car as she cant wait any longer. I have been writing Mails, Reviews and letters to Standard bank Insurance to No Assistance. We now paying for two cars as Standard Bank Insurance promised to give my sister a follow up from Sasria but nothing has materialised. a guy called Siboniso has been nothing else but an *********** inconsiderate somebody. So in three months a simple claim cannot be finalised. It is clear that nobody gives a damn about the customer. Who is now liable for these payments? It is clear that is tis my sister and things are not getting any better. This is not an insurance company but a real sham.
