Bad Service

<p>I have reqested the standar bank consultant to cancel the old policy that i had with them in January 2017 and requested a quotation for the new car that i bought. I've requested them to add it as i saw some saving comparing with the other insurance i was given by the car dealer. my car got involved in an accident on the 26 April 2017 only tofind out when i was claiming that the car was never covered. I requested the recording on the 02May 2017 and till today i havent received that recording and my car is rusting. Advise please</p>
