Poor quality job

I have contacted the company to do the plastic on the roof of the outbuilding. The price was agreed at R 5000. The workers came and did a rushed job. They broke the fascia boards. The roof tiles was not done correctly . There is gaps on the roof. The guys blamed the gardener for breaking the fascia board. I contacted the owner of the company who continuously lies that he will come . The end of Jan and he has still not come to rectify the poor quality job done. In addition, he was demanding more money than what was agreed on. Continuously making excuses.
