I have spoken to Ronel Weber Parts Manager,Augustine Lehman Sales Executive ,it is the worst service that I can think off and you representing one of the biggest car compony in the country I am so glad that I sold my slk I spoke to Augustine 10am and needed a email for my customer at 1 pm no email I phoned again 2pm I phoned again 3pm I phoned only at 3:13pm do I get a email how am I to order parts at 3 pm for the next day
