Exceptional Support During a Challenging Time – Thank You
I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to the Technical Student Support team, and specifically to Cleo Erasmus and Wendy Dennis (Program Manager), for the incredible support I received recently. I have been going through a very difficult personal time, which made focusing on my studies feel nearly impossible. However, Cleo and Wendy were there every step of the way. Their professionalism, patience, and constant encouragement gave me the boost I needed to stay on track. Thanks to their combined guidance and care, I was able to successfully submit my assignment on time. It is rare to find support that is not only technically proficient but also genuinely empathetic.
