Stanley 1.9 lt Flask- After one year, does not keep hot.
I was given a Stanley 1.9 lt flask as a gift about a year ago, and now it is no longer keeping the water hot, even though it has a lifetime guarantee! When returning it to the camping store where it was purchased, I had to pay a courier fee of R120 to have it sent for repairs! This is I feel is totally unacceptable. The Stanley Flask should last for many years if it has a lifetime guarantee and you should not have to pay anything to have it repaired or replaced. We just want to advise anyone considering buying a Stanley 1.9 lt flask to be aware that they have this problem and definitely do not last a lifetime!

This very expensive cup is leaking and paint are chipping.Buy. It's lifetime guarantee.If it leaks in the first year.Why is it lifetime.Poor poor quality.Got this for my daughter's good grades she got in school.Never again.

Stanley quality flaw
We own a stanley flask 1.9 L which is about 5 years old. The stopper has disintegrated and we cannot cannot seem to find any agent who is willing to assist us in replacing the stopper. Its an expensive flask and the stoppers life span is just not commensurate with the rest of the flask or price at all. We are about to throw it away.

Stanley quality flaw

Stanley Thermos Flask poor quality and after sales services
After a few years the thermos flask inner cap deteriorated from the heat that it collapsed. You can smell the plastic in the hot water preserved by the flask. Very poor quality and after sales service, although they claim to have a life time guarantee on their equipment. No stock for replacement of the cap or the complete flask.
