THEY JUST DONT LISTEN

I have tried to speak to this Kenneth guy and explained my situation to him and numerous people at the company, but every time it turns out in a shout and interruption conversation. The only thing I'm asking for is for them to have patients and bare with me while I'm going through this huge faze of trying to catch up in life, but they care more about shouting and interrupting me than anything else. a Week and a half ago I just received an sms to say that I will now pay R500 a month, then I phoned and ask how can they do that if they know I can hardly afford the R100 a month, then it turned out to the shouting thing again and kept on interrupting me and refuse to listen, this week Monday I phoned in again to try and explain again and I asked if we could do this like normal people, then he just kept by his story its not enough, but he will speak with his legal department and get back to me, this morning 2 sms's that said \MR BURGER.
