Stanley Brodkin Maditsi Attorneys terrible service

I am absolutely disgusted by the service and attitude I got from Christopher Kamaldien. Initial I requested a settlement letter to settle my loan and He responded within a blink of an eye. The arrangements was for the 7th March 2018 of which I did make the payment and notify him about the payment. His response was that the money hasn't reflected yet. I went to Standard Bank to get a copy of proof of payment the same day and emailed him back. "good day will send paid in full letter today . Kind Regards

This was the response 09th Marhc 2018 13:20pm. I called him today monday to inquire and the response I got was harsh and rude. He clearly told me the person was supposed to do it was not there friday and when I asked why he didn't respond to my email? His response was that he had other emails when I asked that because I have paid you no longer care? His response was that are we going to argue about this or you want the letter? It was like I was threatened since I am questioning his poor service and lack of communication I won't get the letter. Until now I haven't received the paid in full letter as promised. I felt like a victim. All the time I took from work to the bank wasted.
