Rude agents at this firm

<p>I received a call today from Yolande who was very rude to say the least. I even told her that shouting at me won't change the fact that I can't afford to pay R3000 she insists I should pay. I was struggling to afford R1500, but I tried not to skip payments. I was unemployed all along. I tried explaining my situation & she told me she's going to have a garnishee order against me. I asked her how do you put a garnishee order on an unemployed person?It just sounds like it's a habit for the agents to treat people baddly because they have debts. Are they allowed to be rude to people for owing banks?</p>
