Need Training on how to Speak to People

Good day <br> I received a call from them this morning. Consultant name was Emma. She started off ok, but tried to bully me into an fixed amount and than ask personal questions as to why I couldn't pay etc. As I explained to her I was only able to pay a certain amount. She politely asked when am I going to the Debt Counsellor. The bottom line she was rude and tried to bully me. She wouldn't give me a chance to speak. I put the phone down on her and she tried to phone three more times whereby I put the phone down on her again. I have sent them an email of my fixed amount I would be paying direclty to STD bank as STD bank legal confirmed they change their collection agency every three months. Can't wait to deal with another agency <br>
