Harassment - They just dont listen

I have tried to speak to this Richard Oosthuizen guy and explained my situation to him and numerous people at the company, but every time it turns out in a shout and interruption conversation. The only thing I'm asking for is for them to have patients and bare with me while I'm going through this huge faze of trying to catch up in life, but they care more about shouting and interrupting and threatening me than anything else.
