DISGUSTING ATTITUDE

I contacted these attorneys on behalf of a client - I am also an attorney - and was very rudely told by Mrs Visagie that I need to send her a Power of Attorney before I can speak to her....duh....are these people trained??? This is after they sent my client an extremely threatening sms in which they threaten to have the sheriff sell my clients goods....what has happened to professionalism?
