******** Female handling outstanding account

The most ******** female, screaming at me yesterday when we were under attack in KZN and men were out fighting for our lives. She demanded money immediately even though I had asked for the bank details a few days ago, threatening to summons us. She would not even hear that we were being attacked. What a heartless ********. I have an email to prove I asked for the bank details. But she screamed louder and louder. We were in a panic state already as our lives were under threat. This is harassment and ******** and I want action taken against her. Her email address is ***. Now we have no money as we have to buy as much food as we can to try survive. This co didnt care when we buried our son 3 weeks ago, retrenched in Dec and still no UIF?
