You service suck

My husband canceled his policy on the 10 November but stangen called him 24 November after I called many times to cancel and send a email back saying they not going to refund him but a request was sent it to cancel his policy the are crocks those people. The agent I spoke to told be when I cancel before the time then they will refund me but this isn't what is done at Stangen your service suck
