Worst service i have recieved.

For unforseen reasons i missed a payment, and the second month the bank did not allow the double payment debit order. I recieved a email that my policy were to be canceled on which i rep**** to make payments. I recieved no communication from the email and i phoned the supp**** number on which i were told that I would be contacted for payments arrangements. No one contacted me and I recieved a mail today that my policy of 4 years has been cancelled. Once again no reply on emails from your side. A company that is quick to cancel and take 4 years of payment and walk away. Then also in todays turmoil in this country send a cover page of a gentleman laughing with canceled written next to it. It also left quite a bitter reflection of your company.
