Unauthorized stop oder

I last spoke to to stagen rep in 2019 trying to open life policy with them but it didn't deal did not went through after 2 years they are deducting from persal when I call them to enquire about deduction they are giving other number to call they telling its another department who dealing with stop orders when I call the number they are telling me that the are dealing with the matter it's been third months since been waiting to hear from them.
