I have been trying to speak to someone for 2 weeks regarding my life cover, A lady called and promised to call back as she had to check if they had to underwrite me again but she never called,I requested a second call back and another lady called and said shes in sales but will ensure that I am called back.I just wonder should I die will they even pay my claim. I want to cancel ASAP.
