Stangen Life Does Not Care Enough About their clients!

Called Stangen Life and conferenced the policy holder as they battle to get hold of him as he's a truck driver and isn't able to answer calls at his leisure. He is only allowed 2 days off per month. Most unfortunately Shoprite/Checkers drivers are only allowed 2 Sunday offs per month, with No weekdays off. So out of say 30 days per month Shoprite Truck drivers work 28 or 29 days per month and get 2 fortnightly Sundays per month. It would be good if companies like Stangen Life could start accommodating Truck Drivers/Employees working for Non-Labour Department Abiding Companies. I called them today with the least of my airtime and was on the line with Albertina who confirmed my Husband's bank details, but still told us she needs to confirm with her manager. She kept us on line until she dropped our call at 16 min 14 sec and we DID NOT have enough to call them back.
