STANGEN AND AFRICAN BANK **** FUNERAL COVER

I took out a funeral cover for a couple of years back with African Bank underwritten by Stangen, I was raised by my grandparents although my biological parents were still alive and have always referred to my father as Uncle. I ensured my father whom i bave always referred to as Uncle and he passed on, now stagen does not want to pay claiming that they do not cover Uncles, i have made an error of writing Uncle on the claim form because that is what we call him or know him as, i have been paying the policy soice 2015 now they do not want to pay.
