Poor Service from Rethabile Maketane

I've taken out life insurance with Stangen and already regretting it. My 1st premium will go off beginning of March and I regret leaving 1life. I need for my home loan to be included on my cover and I've sent proof that I've had my home loan since 2015, but Rethabile Maketane who's the agent assisting me says she hasn't received my email since January 19th. I replid back to her email on ***, then she advised me to try ***, then also *** and apparently no one is receiving any of the emails from me. I will get a hefty penalty from FNB if they do an audit and find that my home loan don't have life insurance cover. Can someone fix this, or I'm cancelling this policy and going back to 1life though its more expensive. I've just called again and spoke with Albertina Mdlalose, she's sent me an email and I'll respond. I wonder if she will receive it.
