Life Policy claim submitted 10months ago, Life Policy claim have still not been paid out.

A friend lost his wife 13 August 2021. It' nearly 10months later and the life policy have not paid out the claim. No communication with him unless he calls to follow up. There was no issue with monthly payments , but to pay out the life claim is a major issue. Stangen don't care about their clients during their time of mourning.
