***********, unprofessional, outdated company!

I received an unsolicited email from Stangen Life Cover. Since I'm in the market for life cover, I thought I will get a quote from them. They have a website in which you must fill in your details and they will get back to you. So I filled in all my correct details and when I filled in my phone number, it said it was invalid and asked for a valid phone number!!! A phone number which is common and used by many people. It's a Telkom number and starts with 067. So I decided to put in my old number to see if it takes this number. I put in the older number and it went through, but lo and behold the website then said some problem had occurred!!! Is this the way they do business. I will never trust such an unprofessional company with my life cover!!!
