CHOOSE AN INSURER THAT CARES ABOUT YOU.

We’re in March of 2025. My documents were submitted September 2024. Unfortunately I will be complaining every month. It is important going forward to choose an insurer that wants to make things as easy, quick and smooth for you during difficult times, this is by communicating with beneficiaries… Stangen.. has zero communication unless you email them, well, that’s if they decide to respond. I knew everything about my late Mother, I went to doctors with her, I did everything with my Mom.. I have been waiting for the doctors to fill in forms since December-January… we’re in March!! My other concern is how do you get to pick which Doctor fills in the Form because I know who was treating my mother right to the very end? And the doctors that were sent forms are NOT THOSE DOCTORS. Why not give out the forms to her DOCTORS? One who knew her from the start? One who called her situation a rare case which she has never seen before? One who told my mom she was fit for work that they don’t see anything wrong with her? One who didn’t see anything wrong with her scans just normal.. My mom made it a priority to get checked every time!!. If you people say this is not a delaying tactic then prove it is NOT… there is absolutely no way as much as doctors are busy but no way it would take this long for doctors to fill in a form… especially doctors who cared about their patients!!. I know this because at her workplace they gave me a thick form for her doctor at mercantile to fill in… Doctor filled in that form within 3 days… How is this form bouncing from one doctor to another? if my Mom was alive you would’ve given her the PMA for “HER” Doctor to fill in… not a doctor of your choosing
