Amendment done without consent

I received the so called updated policy only to see some of the details amended with different id numbers from original contract signed with stangen general insurance. It's disappointing to such things happening without ones consent. When I called I am told it's an error which can happen to anyone. Poor service, this insurance they only know how to ****** money from the public the next they will be sending you from pillar to post at time of claim.
