Poor Service for Settlement Figures

<p>I have been trying endlessly to obtain the settlement figure on my vehicle. The garage phoned 5 times and everytime the request more and more information. I feel the people at Standard bank motors are *********** and do not know what they are doing. All I want is a settlement figure to settle my car. I think they prolong it to make more money in interest. Come on, sort yourself out!!!!!!!!!!</p>
