Unauthorized debit orders

STANDARD BANK LIFE is completely useless!!!!! My complaint comes from early this year till today. But to keep it short, last month I spoke to a very rude and arrogant lady whom confirmed my policy cancellation after being debited again for a policy I cancelled. But of course they debit me this month yet AGAIN, after cancellation was telephonically CONFIRMED!!!!!!

Standard bank i have not had any good experience with you since switching and it just ****es me off that this is what customer service is about.
