No one seems to have a clue here!

I phoned in earlier today to query on my HLP policy for one of my bonds. I took up a policy in Dec for an additional bond and was advised that this will amount to around R315 or so. Today my bond was debited and an amount of around R400 was deducted. The consultants kept on passing my call from department to department. <br> No one seems to know how to assist me as they cannot access my policy.<br> Ended up dropping the phone because this was just pathetic.
