Very bad service

Yesterday I received a call from your collection or recoveries loans department and an agent by the name of Mandla called and I answered ,while he was speaking he had an attitude and I could pick up on his tone he was using to an extent when I explained why I reversed the money I was in employed and still he had the guts to ask a question like" so you had the money to pay us and you reversed the money" after I told explain to him the reasons of me not paying.. Worse of all his sucks and how he prove his questions he had an attitude ....he has bad manners and for a collection agent it sucks.. I have been calling your 011 number and I had to wait for more than 15 minutes on the line and the airtime finishes ... totally bad service I can not wait to finish and pay you guys and close my accounts with you..I am a consumer and such services are not welcome ?????????
