Standard bank doesnt care

Was trying to deposit money at the atm, atm malfunctioned and took my money. Called and logged a query, got a reference number and a few days later got a message to say my query was resolved but still no money in my account. Because i dont have money to donate to a bank and i need ny money, i went to the bank only to be told the query was closed cz it was logged incorrectly and noone bothered to contact me. Bank relogged the query and i was told to basically carry on starving cz theres nothing they can do and they cant confirm when I'll ever get my money back
