Immpossible to contact query resolvers - Loan Consolidations

<p>I got a consolidation loan with the bank in November 2016, however the amount allocated was not all used up. I immediately contacted the bank to advise if i could use the balance to pay off university fees. Also i needed to confirm if the contract amount would be amended if i did not get the balance of the allocation. I have been to 3 different branches, phoned the numbers i was given which either ring forever or are constantly engaged, sent emails- i simply do not get any response. Sandton branch tried helping but i still have not heard from the people responsible.</p> <p>I need the bank to get back to me and advise as i am depending on their answer to plan for my son's university fees!</p>
