********* / formula changes without informing users

This company is completely *********. I was so excited when I discovered this brand and I bought a couple of products to try out. The product I loved the most was the "***mentation buster". Last month I purchased another bottle and I noticed they changed the packaging. And then I got the shock of my life when I app**** the product and it started burning like crazy. That's when I knew the formula had changed, the smell was also different. I couldn't keep it on my face for 2 minutes.

I reached out to the company to ask if they had changed the formula, they denied it. I told them about my experience and that I would like to return the product , I got no response. I reached out 3 times and I got no response.

I don't trust this brand anymore and I am shocked at how poorly they deal with their customers. I'd be careful to try anything from them
