Standard Bank is USELESS!!!!!

Standard Bank I have still heard nothing regarding my funds everything I call, I've been told this is still under investigation, I've been having problems with Standard Bank since the 2nd of November today is the 20th and I still have no idea what is going on. I called standard banks claim department and i have been on hold for 20 minutes

CAN SOMEBODY JUST TELL ME WHATS GOING ON !!!!!
