Ridiculous service

I would prefer someone to phone me from SA and not Namibia Standard bank. About a year ago i financed a purchase in SA from Namibia. The consultant that helped me was Nadia and the fianance was for a new boat that was supposed to be build by Tribal Boats SA. From the start of the whole deal i have told Nadia on numoures times that the boat still needs to be build. All documents was pulled up by Nadia and i had to sign all docs. She told me that the delivery note needed to be signed so that the bank can pay the funds to the supplier. Again i said to her the boat was still to be build. She again said i need to sign the docs. Like i said its been a year, the supplier did send me a piece of junk of a boat that was supposed to be a new one. I have send it back to the supplier and till date have not recieved a boat. I have reported thus to Ugene Julius before he left Standard bank as well as notified Wim Lotter. Ugene has mailed the supplier informing him that if im not happy, the deal will be cancelled and he will be kept accountable for the money. I have mailed Ugene all the pictures of the boat that he first send. Wim Lotter basically just pulled up his shoulders after i tried to explain telling i signed the papers. Leon Bruins who took over ive asked for help as well and i explained to him as well. Again ive send him all pictures. The supplier is now spinning 10 diffrent stories and still i dont have the products. After all of this i actually joint a group where by im not the only client that us unhappy with Tribal Boats SA. Its seems that he makes the worlds promises to you to get your money and then tells you diffrent stories when he has it. I urgently need some one that can assist me with this as im paying for something that i dont have after the staff at Standard Bank Namibia did not listen to what ive got to say and took my correspondences to hart... please get some one from SA to phone me
