Great service rufuwe lajah-Thank you std bank

I am a long standing client of Std bank ,over 10 years of banking with Std Bank . It has been a roller coaster relationship with standard bank in these 10 years and in fact i was called by an independent survey company this morning to rate std Banks service quality . I must say it was not the best rating and all due to my poor experiences with your call centres . However for the first time in my 10 years of dealing with std Bank I received the best service that anyone could of asked for from your call centre agent , Miss Lejaha Refuwe .

A job well done and Miss Refuwe deserves the recognition as her confidence and knowledge of your products and offerings was excellent . She was to the point ,listened to my problems , very knowledgeable about the products I enquired ,friendly and understanding ! You need more people like this in your call centre and if this the service that I can look forward to in future then my next survey will be very favourable to std bank . I sincerely hope that this compliment is escalated to higher management as well and miss Refuwe is used as an example of great service to your clients .
