Bad customer service

I had a very bad experience with one of the employees at umhlathuze branch, they have no customer service or whatsoever, they showed irritation when asked questions, and they don't pay attention to you, they chat amongst each other while attending to you. I hope they improve, there's nothing worse than feeling small at a place where you are supposed to be a customer.
