<p>I have tried REPEATEDLY to receive accurate documentation on a Homeowners Life Protection Policy as the premium is VERY high and the cover is VERY low. I have made numerous phonecalls, emails, etc and NO-ONE is able to advise as to what the cover amount was at INCEPTION date in 2007! It is underwritten by Liberty and I have even contacted them, but they do not hold any policy documents.</p> <p>Each time I enquire with SBIB, I am assured that the premium is calculated on the outstanding amount, age of life insured, etc. I CAN READ!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>I have subsequently e-mailed a cancellation of policy on 3 June 2016 and have STILL not received a letter of acknowledgement.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is PATHETIC SERVICE and I have paid THOUSANDS of RANDS on a policy which is of no benefit to anyone!</p> <p> </p> <p>I demand a refund on these excessive charges as CLEARLY no-one is able to justify the amounts.</p>
