Your service sucks!

Unbelievable, I'm being charged 2 excess amounts for 1 job, is this is the standard in the insurance industry?? There was no result of damages, leak in pipe...service provider makes a massive hole in my outer wall, fixes the leak then I'm left to pay another excess amount for them to fix their own mess???
