Your service is pathetic

I must say...seeing that i have been for 2 weeks now... trying to get a competant consultant give me any form of feed back to my question that i want to bring back my building ins to std bank ..but this seems a impossible request ..no responce on email..no respomce on tel...

I do understand that poor pathetic incompetant service is the norm now these days in this country..

But if you dont want to assist ..just say so...
